I have no scruple of change, nor fear of death,
Nor was I ever born,
Nor had I parents.
I am Existence Absolute, Knowledge Absolute, Bliss Absolute,

I cause no misery, nor am I miserable;

Strength

Oh lord give me the strength,
for i do not want to fall into lustful desires,
nor should i have desire for any power.

Give me the strength for the thoughts in me
think about the welfare of society.

Give me the strength for me to withstand the tribulations of life,
and remain calm ,happy and unattached at all times.

It is difficult path to follow , but there is hope for i seek your blessings!!

Oh my mind, dive deep for there in lies the treasure;
years of life have passed ,but still you are occupied in leisure;
as you get older , do you think u will have strength which can measure?
hence why waste the youth in you now, and wisely put your efforts to seek the infinite treasure!!

Poem 2:

when the sun nourishes us daily untiringly,
and where plenty of fresh air avia'ble to breath.

water from various sources replenishes us endlessly,
and earth providing us all essential materials to meet.

why worry?

All glory to mother nature!


Poem 3:

Crystal Clear sky , and a cool flowing breeze .
silence in the air , on a splendid full moon night,
oh my mind , why ponder aimlessly ? when there is so much to enjoy !

Silence

Silence speaks its own language,
it crosses all barriers.
It has neither prejudice nor any bias ,
it remains detached and in harmony.
It is one and everlasting ,
it is eternal.
Everything comes out of silence ,
still silence remains.

Today is Janmashtami,birth of Lord Krishna.Sree Krishna was a god incarnate .
He played multiple roles in his lifetime he was a Yogi, a king, a politician, a soldier, a musician , a wrestler,a Guru etc...In all the fields, he remained calm ,happy , non attachment and in his ever blissful state.

Sree krishna is also revered as a World teacher

Poem

Oh my mind calm down,
contemplate on the self,
days and nights have passed ,
still the desires drives us all around.

Let us take the divine name,
and be immersed on it,
this will nourish us with joy and calmness,
and realise our true self.

Life is fragile as a earthen pot,
never know when it might crumble,
cycles of death and misery,
have come and gone,now is the time to act.

Let us have faith in the revered teacher,
asking him for his blessings,
company of sages and devotees,
will surely lead us to the goal.

An Inspiration .

Some of the acts done by humans, nature or anybody do inspire us. We get enlightened while seeing them here are few of them

A perfect sunrise,
a beautiful sunset,
a lasting moonlight,
a mountain view,
a roaring waves,
a quite river,

a gigantic statue,
a marvel architect,
a child playing,
a yogi contemplating,
a fervent worship place,
a energetic youth ,
a creative scientist,
a magnanimous business man,
a blossoming flower,
a spring season,
a army in battle,
a fighter plane,
a inspirational leader,
a honest man,
a fearless warrior,
a soothing music,
a poets great works,
a painter's masterpiece and a list goes on..........

By the way , don't know why i am getting philosophical these days.......... :-)

A poem .

who are we,
where are we,
Are we real,
or is it a dream?

Are we the name attached to the body,
or the wavering mind,
or the subtle intelligence
or a subtler ego?

Is there someone who is beyond these,
who knows us ,
and is within us and beyond
and is the whole existence itself?

Is it there someone who is the subtlest,
who cannot be captured or seen,
who is beyond space and time,
and who has no cycles of life?

Well , the yogis and the saints say,
it is the atma ,who is all this,
the sublest of all the above,
and the known ,knower and the knowing himself.

Well this is a short poem

Life goes on and on,
days and nights come and go.
We run here and there,
but eventually end up no where .
while some moments cherish us time again,
while some makes us cry again.
Such are the vagaries of this life oh ,My friend,
all i can just say life goes on and on.

Well this is a short poem .Just a thought :-)

Mornings are bright and sunny,
with freshness of air all the way,
Well, as evenings end,
the freshness disappears
taking the bright and sunny all the way!!
